The software powering Booratram AI Publisher, including but not limited to its source code, algorithms, AI models, user interface, and documentation, is proprietary and confidential. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Create derivative works based on the software
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

3. Content You Upload

You retain full ownership of all video content you upload to Booratram AI Publisher. By using the Service, you grant BG Studio AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the publishing service. This license terminates when your content is deleted from our servers.

4. AI-Generated Content

Titles, descriptions, tags, and other metadata generated by our AI (powered by DeepSeek and Groq) based on your video content belong to you. BG Studio AI does not claim ownership of AI-generated content produced from your input.

5. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from:

  • Using the Service to infringe third-party intellectual property rights
  • Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Service
  • Using automated tools to access the Service beyond authorized API usage
  • Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service without written permission
  • Building competing products using information obtained from the Service

7. Governing Law
