Booratram AI Publisher ("Service") collects the following data:

• Account data: name, email, profile photo via Google OAuth.
• OAuth tokens: YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Telegram access tokens stored encrypted.
• Uploaded files: video files deleted immediately after publishing (max 2 hours).
• Publication metadata: titles, descriptions, tags, history.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, request logs.

• AI-powered title and description generation (DeepSeek)
• Audio transcription (Groq Whisper API)
• Publication analytics
• Improving AI generation quality based on your preferences

We share data only with the following services:

• Google / YouTube API — to publish videos to your YouTube channel. Governed by Google Privacy Policy
• TikTok API — to publish videos to your TikTok account. Governed by TikTok Privacy Policy
• Telegram Bot API — to publish videos to your Telegram channel.
• LinkedIn API — to publish videos to your LinkedIn page. Governed by LinkedIn Privacy Policy
• Pinterest API — to publish video pins to your Pinterest account. Governed by Pinterest Privacy Policy
• DeepSeek AI — metadata generation. Only text is sent, no personal data.
• Groq API — audio transcription from video.

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or other third parties for commercial purposes.

Booratram AI Publisher's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we:

• Use Google API data only to provide service features (publishing videos to YouTube at user's request)
• Do not share Google API data with third parties except as needed for service operation
• Do not use Google API data for advertising or profiling
• Allow users to revoke Google account access at any time

This application uses YouTube API Services. By using this application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

We request the following YouTube permissions:

• youtube.upload — to upload videos to your YouTube channel when you click "Publish"
• youtube.readonly — to display your connected YouTube channel name and verify connection status
• yt-analytics.readonly — to display video performance metrics (views, CTR, watch time) in the analytics dashboard

You can revoke YouTube access at any time through Google Security Settings or in your profile settings within our service.

We use the TikTok Content Posting API to publish videos to your TikTok account.

Requested permissions:

• user.info.basic — to display your connected TikTok account name
• video.upload — to upload video files when you initiate publishing
• video.publish — to publish uploaded video with metadata

We only publish videos upon explicit user action (clicking the "Publish" button). TikTok tokens are stored encrypted. You can disconnect TikTok in your profile settings.

• Video files: deleted automatically after publishing, maximum 2 hours.
• OAuth tokens: stored until you disconnect the platform in your profile settings.
• Account data: stored while account is active. Upon account deletion — all data is removed within 30 days.
• Publication history: stored to provide service features, deleted upon account deletion.

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transfers. OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted database. Server is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands (GDPR compliant).

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of your data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict data processing
• Data portability

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
