These Terms of Service govern the relationship between BG Studio AI (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we") and users of the Booratram AI Publisher service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using the Service.

Use of the Service is permitted for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age.
By connecting platforms, you grant us limited rights to publish on your behalf and agree to the rules of the respective platforms. You may revoke access at any time in your profile settings.

You retain all rights to the content you upload and grant us a limited license to process and publish it as part of the Service. By uploading content, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and bear full responsibility for any infringement.
Upon receiving valid copyright claims, we reserve the right to temporarily block publication of disputed content, request proof of rights, and remove content with prior notice.

The Service uses DeepSeek AI to generate titles, descriptions, and tags.
7.1.1 Generated content may contain inaccuracies and errors.
7.1.2 The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of metadata.
7.1.3 You are responsible for reviewing metadata before publication.
Whisper performs transcription automatically and may contain errors, especially for rare languages and dialects. Results are for reference purposes only.
We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Data is shared only with: connected platforms (YouTube, Telegram, TikTok) — for publication only; DeepSeek AI — transcriptions only, without personal data; hosting provider Timeweb; government authorities when legally required.
At any time you may request a data export, revoke platform access, delete your account, or request deletion of video files. Contact: privacy@booratram.com
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 operation, successful publication on all platforms, data preservation in case of force majeure, or accuracy of AI generation.
You bear full responsibility for all published content, copyright compliance, adherence to platform rules, and any damage caused to third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend your account for violation of this Agreement, publication of prohibited content, technical attacks, or fraudulent activity. If suspension is initiated by us without any violation on your part, we will provide 30 days notice with the option to export your data and a refund of unused prepaid funds.
For significant changes, we will notify you by email 14 days in advance and display a notice in the interface. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent court at the Company's location.
Before filing a lawsuit, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through pre-trial negotiation. Claims should be sent to legal@booratram.com. Response time — 30 calendar days.
The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure: natural disasters, military actions, government decisions, large-scale internet outages, hacker attacks, and other extraordinary events that could not have been foreseen or prevented.
If force majeure lasts more than 90 days, either party may terminate this Agreement without compensation for losses.
BG Studio AI
